Main working process

The HZS25 plant automates concrete production through four stages: PLD batching (precise aggregate measurement), cement feeding via screw conveyor, high-efficiency mixing by the JS500 twin-shaft motor (18.5kW, 25m³/h output), and computer-controlled discharge, ensuring consistent, high-quality output with minimal manual intervention.
